A New York judge today ordered that all ballots in WBAI's election of delegates be sealed until a hearing can be held on a preliminary injunction. Based on a complaint by several members of Pacifica that there havve been unaddressed irregularities in mailing ballots to members, the judge found that there was cause to issue the temporary restraining order stopping the count of the ballots and ordering the ballots to be sealed until the defendants, Pacifica and Elections Supervisors Peters and Ratner can come to court to argue against the injunction. More details to follow.
