In order to win a lawsuit, a Judge or Jury has to find that the claims were
valid and make that ruling. It never happened.
The "winning" that you are discussing is the brute force of taking something
that you earned only through force, manipulation and thuggery. You were one of
the leaders of the mob, so it's very understandable that you feel rightgeous
over your, ahem, "victory." Not only did you get "the spoils" but you've
managed to spoil them further, uninterrupted, for the past five years.
