I think what they are planning is Rice's plan of anti-Iran propaganda to get 
things started... - some folks inside the State Deprt. might know that "regime 
change" in Iran is a completely different affair than Iraq and/or 
Afghanistan... 'cause the govt. not only has internal support, but is  well 
regarded outside of Iran as well... That was not the case with Saddam and/or 
taleban ----- So, at this time they're trying to drum up the villification of 
Iran...  since that propaganda is not going to go anywhere... if they try to 
destabilize Iran..., well...
