Ms. Paige’s complaint alleges several legal claims, including sexual harassment, racial harassment, and retaliation. The Pacifica Foundation carefully investigated Ms. Paige’s claims when it became aware of them approximately one year ago. Although the Foundation concluded that Ms. Paige’s claims were unfounded, it made a good faith effort to reach a settlement with Ms. Paige in order to avoid the expense and stress of litigation. Unfortunately, those efforts were not successful. Ms. Paige remains employed at KPFK. The Pacifica Foundation is prepared to vigorously defend itself and Ms. Georgia against Ms. Paige’s accusations.
