Folks It seem as if i had to send this e-mail below in order to get a psa on wpfw, today i heard on Ambrose Lane program that he will be doing a program on xm-radio and continue also doing his program on wpfw. I thought this was for self gain and act of Plugola for a commercial venture and this to me is illegal on a NON-COMMERCIAL RADIO STATION. Oh what the hell so many things seem go on that's illegal in Pacifica today and i feel we came along ways to go no where in this struggle in Pacifica, with this illegal election process at wpfw for pnb members and the pnb sending the complaint about this action to the governance committee only to be swept under the rug. I want to give Thank's to all of you that addressed this issue on the pnb for justice and fairness for those of us still in struggle.>>>Billy Ray Ron, I came too the station, the other day about an issue concerning the dc taxicab independent industry and the take over of the dc taxicab system by major corporations with with help of the dc government. This is a system that elevated the african american above the level of poverty even before the civil war and that same thing can be said of the foreign born who are the majority of taxicab drivers in the industry today. The DC Professional Taxi Drivers Association want thank Gloria Minott for what she did on her program about this issue. I ask you to record this town hall meeting of drivers on 3/5/06 at MLK library 1:30 to 4:30 and do a public service announcement for the event that i've not heard to this day. I know how some folks might feel about me at wpfw but this issue is just as important as the closing of dc general hospital. Because, this issue effects 4000 drivers and family's and if each driver support four this can have an effect on over 40.000 people.
