In the historical DC hack System Africans born in America,even before the Civil
War under a flat rate system have labor faithfully for reasonable wages,
That was until now that people of color dominate the DC Hack/Taxicab Industry
from around the world.

Like my self and a lot of other Africans born in America, DC Hackers thats put
our lives on the line to keep America, Free is told there is no Economic
Freedom in Ownership of a DC Hack that is mostly owned by people of color.
Now I understand when people say if you back a cat or dog in a conner they will
scratch or bite there way out of it.
That said,I have no problem about putting a device in my Hack/Taxicab as long
as it's fair and I have the Freedom of my personal transportation and be my own
boss and can go off duty.
Only a slave can never be off duty but by being able to cut off my dome light
on my Hack/Taxicab I'M Off Duty.
Until this issue is addressed I will not install a meter in my Hack and I will
operate under a flat rate system at the free will of the Passenger.
Thats if as the Mayor and Leon Swain the chair of the DC Taxicab Commission has
said that my Hack will be no longer considered a DC Taxicab.
If thats so then the DC Government can write me all the tickets they want.
I'M out of business anyway with this new meter fare and I can't never be OFF
DUTY as long as that dome light on my Hack is lit.
I'M a walking dead man without my Economic Freedom and like and old African
born in America, song says " Before I be A Slave I Will Be Dead in my Grave.
The Emancipation Act, Also Said,

the Constitution, upon military necessity, I invoke the considerate judgment of
mankind, and the gracious favor of Almighty God"

What justice, when my Economic and Freedom
is taken away or for a better word Stolen.

It's more of a " Military Necessity " today and this is what Homeland Security
is not telling the American people.
That is also why Homeland Secuirty went to bed with a rotten to the core DC
Government and major corprations along with large MD and VA taxicab companies
to install a meter with a hidden GPS system built in the meter.
I have no problem with this because I know it's for the safety of the American
People and Homeland Security didn't have to be a party to taking away my
Freedom and Economic base as a DC Hacker if I could have had a seat at the
table.

The only God I know and Respect is a very old and sick lady, My Mother that
still lives in SE Washington DC.
I will use my only life long personal transportation that was once my business
also to go and see her.
