Wendy, you have far too many relationships at Pacifica to be effective in
governance. I know you're a good person, but we need someone with management
skills. We need people who doesn't approve half million dollar show contracts
all because you like the anchorwoman.
This is what's driving the network to bankruptcy. You have to put your friends
aside and make the hard choices.
You are not qualified to be on the board of a multimillion dollar non-profit.
You are not capable of cutting back the fat to save the rest from receivership.
