Lorraine, If you want to have productive discourse then you should create an atmosphere where that is possible. Sometimes that means removing someone from the list who is poisoning the atmosphere. Just like if you invite your friends to a wedding and one of the guests pisses in the sink you have that person removed. Now I suppose you could say that this boorish guest was not stopping anyone else from emjoying the festivities, but he sure put a damper (pun intended) on the event.
