Hollywood to the Docks march starts TOMORROW
And remember that although there was a vote for all West Coast ILWU Locals to
stop work on May Day 2008 the Los Angeles ILWU Locals are refusing to honor
that resolution and plan to work (SCAB) on May Day 2008.

Hollywood to the Docks march starts tomorrow
              (Los Angeles Harbor) -- April 14, 2008 -- What's a good job worth
to you? Really. Is a good job worth doing something? How about 350,000 good
jobs?

The ILWU is joining with the Los Angeles County Federation of
Labor on the HOLLYWOOD TO THE DOCKS march because good jobs are worth fighting
for.

This march highlights the fact that in LA county, there are
350,000 workers -- including longshore -- whose union contracts expire this
year.

Hundreds of workers will march 28 miles and wind up at the
docks in San Pedro on Thursday night. Those marchers will be joined by
THOUSANDS more workers for a massive 6pm rally PRO-LABOR RALLY at Berth 87.

Why not Join us? Why not take a step to fight for good jobs.
Attend the Berth 87 rally. Support union contracts and good jobs.
