Fred, how big a lie can you tell? Few bigger than this one, your insinuating something you know damned well is not true: "...You cant convene a 'meeting of delegates' and only invite whom you choose to participate..." Each delegate (JUC included) was INDIVIDUALLY "invited" to attend. Each JUC delegate chose to BOYCOTT the meeting and some (like Lisa Davis and Cerene Roberts) distributed public calls for others to boycott it as well. This is similar to Dan Siegel's lie to the PNB in Newark (which you and Sheila Hamanaka gleefully distributed), saying that our lawsuit was to enable only "our" voters to vote. He knew very well that the suit asked that ALL whose request for replacement ballots had been ignored be promptly given ballots. All: including Sara Flounders. But back to the shame of the Houston PNB meeting: with the help of liars like you, a majority of directors was persuaded that JUC delegates were excluded when the facts show they were included but chose to boycott. --Frank LeFever ================================================ --- In NewPacifica@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, siddharta2@... wrote: > > No, I mean the bylaws say what they say. > You can't make them say one thing because it fits your case and another > because you don't like the result. > You cant convene a "meeting of delegates" and only invite whom you choose to > participate. > That's definitely a very stupid move that the bylaws could never condone. > FAN > > > In a message dated 4/13/2008 12:09:42 A.M.
