good to hear from you.

If you had a choice, three days notice and representative directors at
the PNB meeting this weekend, or 10 days notice and non-representative
directors at the PNB meeting, which would you choose?

Which is the greater harm?

I think it's obvious. The short notice was a result of not knowing
when the election would be certified.
