Actually, I don't know if it is or isn't germane and I
probably don't *need* to find out. But I also need not
justify asking a simple question.

The mention of New College jogged my memory of several
meetings back in a past life at which there was much
debate about whether or not KPFA should be paying for
construction of a studio at New College. I believe you
were involved with the new media program there as well
as on the LSB.

In fact, when reading about New College's apparent
disaccreditation, that made me think about it too but
not enough to bother posting a question at the time.
Your assumption that I know any more about it than
what was presented in public LSB session is false. 

Don't read too much into it, Joe. I would like to find
out the disposition of that proposal made to the LSB
since it was brought up several meetings in a row in
public session.  I'm just curious, especially in light
of New College's latest difficulties.
