The PNB meets in-person several times each year, rotating among
the
Pacifica station listening areas. Between these meetings,
the
Pacifica National Board meets telephonically. Much of the work of
the
PNB occurs in committees, which also meet via telephone conference
calls. Thus far, the standing PNB committees established include
Archives, Audit, Coordinating, Finance, Governance, Inclusion,
Programming, and Technology. Most PNB Committees include at least
one
Director and two Delegates from each Pacifica radio station. PNB
and
PNB committee meetings are being webcast by and archived at
http://www.kpftx.org. Meeting
minutes should be available on the
pacifica.org website.
