Do you mean that GM trying to implement the Bylaws that give WBAI's GM responsibility for the station?  Not to fear:  the JUC members of the GM search committee are trying to rewrite the bylaws so that the next GM will have NO responsibility for or oversight of the PD.  Of course the FCC may have some objection to that, but I'm sure the JUC members are certain they can get around that somehow:  after all, they have several members, and friends,  on the PNB who seem only too willing to bend the bylaws, and any other laws they find inconvenient.  And while the Foundation has friends like these....
