Yes, it was pre-arranged to distract from Bush failures and get rid of many minority voters. Bush, as you all know, has a direct line to God. Griffin should understand this, being as he teaches in a Christian College. Could it be that he's hiding this true fact in order to protect Bush and keep Black voters from returning to New Orleans? He is not anxious to publicise Bush's, and God's, conspiracy. You can't trust ministers who fail to uncover important conspiracies like that.
