You were smart enough to subscribe, right? Then you should be smart enough to unsubscribe. Christ, it's not like you haven't had a half dozen people in the past week explain how to do it. The whole point of having the instructions in the email and headers is so that people like you can unsubscribe yourself without others needing to get involved. Give you a little hint.
