From the headers of every mail message: List-Unsubscribe: <http://lists.gnac.net/mailman/listinfo/firewalls>, <mailto:firewalls-request@lists.gnac.net?subject=unsubscribe> From the footer of every message: http://lists.gnac.net/mailman/listinfo/firewalls Which, at the bottom says: To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, or unsubscribe from Firewalls), enter your subscription email address: and has a happy little box and a submit button.
