I'm looking for some feedback on the best way to back up a DMZ server. My original thought was just use a local tape drive but I was wondering what the pitfalls were if a remote backup were to be used. It's a dual-firewall configuration and the backup software is Arcserve. I know I'd have to open up a "hole" in the firewall(s) - just not sure how big a truck you'd be able to drive through it!
