Without knowing what brand of router this is and what types of ports these are (UDP, TCP), it would be difficult to say. Here are the possibilities listed with IANA although ISIS (routing protocol) is the only one that has a likely use in a boarder router.

when i ran nessus in my border router , i found lot of open ports in the range 2033 to 2048, i dont know how they were open, can anyone tell me how to close these ports ?
