In terms of performing system hardening: What are the guidelines
for one with a private home network making use of an ISP for
bandwidth (say DSL or cable modem). Would like to try to stress
the security externally (secondary ISP account) and
internally. Are there any ISPs that specialize in this and will
thus not raise eyebrows when they see someone
(i.e. myself) attempting measures against my IP address(es)?
Also what tools/tips specifically are recommended for such
flexing? Assume
